Could somebody please recommend a gloss and Matt varnish that is suitable for airbrushing with no need to thin

Peter no i haven't. I've seen many people rave about them. I can't afford them and if i'm honest i tend to stick to what i already know. That is Vallejo, Tamiya and Xtracrylix (Hannants) paints. For varnishes i use mainly Vallejo but also use Klear (for decals) and Hannants.

I use Vallejo and also Zero, all types, Matt, satin and gloss. Zero over Zero paints and Vallejo over everything else, no problems with either

What ever make ensure you shake, stir etc well before using.
Acrylic varnished seem to have a tendency to clump. You will notice this with white bit s when you pour, once those get in the cup all hell breaks out when you spray.

Agree with John, shake thoroughly and stir otherwise it gets a bit thick in the cup.
