Does the Soviet era aircraft have to be in Soviet markings or can it be a Soviet aircraft in the markings of a foreign Air Force?

Well Rick it does say Soviet Aircraft any type, any era, so I would say that if you want to you can build a soviet helicopter in Czech service painted to look like an eagle....Go on you know you want to....
