Just finished this one. Painted with Humbrol enamels,Vallejo acrylics and finished with Alclad clear coats.I used a Florymodels grey wash to highlight the panel lines .And I used Quickboost resin seats as the kit ones although good, don’t have harnesses. All the parts fitted really well. A little bit of clamping needed here and there whilst the parts glued together. And the smallest bit of filler where the lower wing section meets the undersides of the air intakes. A superb kit and worth the £65 I paid for it in my opinion.Ive built several Phantoms from most of the manufacturers out there. And this one is the best in my opinion. Although ive just bought an Academy F4B/N. Will be interesting to see how it compares.
