Thanks Nick, and welcome to the build. Sit well away from the front row, they are a bit riotous at times. :smiling3:

Looks really cold....nice job mate. Glad it’s not me out there.
Out of interest, how durable is the snow once added?

Hi Tim, thanks for looking in
Fairly durable, if I was to risk turning it up side down think apart from the tank and truck maybe falling off there would be some snow fall .Use too much glue and it starts to look a mess. Of course as would expect the thicker the more crushable it becomes.

This time to achieve a light snow I sprayed several layers of photo mount over the snow but normally I have used a flat varnish as the adhesive. Spraying a light coat first then adding snow, followed by another coat and so on .

Thanks for that John. I’ve used their instant snow For gaming bases, but it looks a bit like royal icing! It’s strong and can be handled, But isn’t great in the appearance stakes. Sounds like this one is a little fragile for me, so I’ll keep looking.....

Thanks Lee, should have said I'd based it on the photos of your farm in the winter;)

A great dio John. The trees alone are superb.
Cheers Peter. Will do more trees I'm sure now I had it worked out.

I had a feeling the weather was going to change......
Yes had to wear full winter clothing while hurling the snow.:smiling2:

Ha, the double take ! , if you look very closely you will observe a further snow fall , approx 4 flakes the to left hand lower branch. :nerd:
