You can get it in plastic "kegs" in some stores :smiling3: ....
.... but the"Good stuff" is purloined from some of the Pubs on the Moors, usually decanted from their own demi -johns and sold in half pints, some of them you can actually see through... if you take out the bits of bark first of course!! ;)
Nah, the good stuff comes from Herefordshire!

Now then,I like you Pete...
.... But there IS a limit !! ;)
Bit of heresy for you all….some of the best cider I’ve had comes from Normandy in France! Mind you, Lilley’s, a couple of miles from me as the crow flies, is no slouch either….
That's what you get for going into French France.. can't trust them buggers.... They're almost as bad as those Cornish gits !! ;)

.. Yep, that's the first FOURTEEN stages completed :smiling3: ...
Next the Aircrew,I jumped ahead a bit here,(They can take a bit of time!!), he's quite nicely done.. problem is,these planes had a crew of THREE, so why do you only get one??

Console yourself with the thought that if they did give you three, they'd be identical triplets.

Looking good so far Andy.
Pete
Thanks for that Pete. :smiling3:
... and yes, it's certainly better to not have three the same!! ... Luckily I do have a supply of 3d printed aircrew who will be fine :smiling3:.... like the two I used in my Defiant. ;)

Still only on page two and we've already got cider and snails!!
Nice choice of subject and the kit looks good. There's a lot of plastic. Glad you've sorted the AWOL crew. Nice start Andy. Looking forward to the rest.

.... I used to know weird kids like that when I was at primary school..
... they weren't French either!! ;)
Mine were cooked……not playground foraging……they were part of a so called taster menu at a good restaurant in the Cotswolds where we went for our twenty fifth anniversary a few years ago. Her indoors wouldn’t touch them, but I thought “what the hell”, you won’t know unless you try them ……not sure I’d have them again though,….

Did you know that a lot of the snails eaten in France are (at least were, before Brexit) imported from Wales? Raised on a farm near Cowbridge. I've eaten snails in Angouleme, as well as frogs' legs. Wouldn't bother with either again though.

Didn’t know that. I thought they tasted like over salted bacon rinds to be honest Pete, not something I’d try again either.

Andy. Very nice start.

If you do want more figures your could try PJ Productions. Some of their stuff is quite nice.... Some of it not great but ok.

Hi Jim, thanks for that, and yes,my build blogs do seem to wander off on strange tangents every now and then.... can't understand why!! ;)
