Don't lose heart yet as I still have 4500 copper tiles to stick on and I still have to find the will to do them.hi just like to say thanks for all the encouragement bottom hull planked ,need to sand down etc round off , before the plating stop start no drive at moment health has taken a turn on the negative at moment and no heart for the time ,patience needed so have been cleaning other projects if i had my way id hand over to some one to do on my behalf
HELLO , what a beauty ,victory part build as posted as post with my health issues has taken a back seat concentration is crap excuse my french .i have the whole kit £600 pounds worth so you have to be in the right mind set ,but i have had issues state neighbors etc so home is not a happy place at moment ,hence need to shut off the crap outside to work on this it will be done the question is when at moment , masks etc done cannon's x ? doing small jobs which chip away but main hull planking needs refinement rubbing down sanding filler leveling off alignment that is out of my mind set at moment personallly need some one to do this part mistakes cost money which i haven't a lot at present plus memory as wellJames
I'm a big fan of these planked wooden models and bravo to you for keeping this going along. I hope your health allows you to get back to it and see it finished. I post this version of Unicorn just as an encouragement to keep it going.

Once you get the hull planked the rigging is a real satisfying challenge and will give you a fine insight into how these magnificent machines were sailed and managed.
