I wonder how much energy those turbines will have to generate before they've saved the carbon/energy used to construct them and the ship.

Well actually.... The towers holding the blades are a removeable item... Once removed the ship can, like any deck carrier, be loaded with any item(s) that are to large for a conventional type cargo ship.it surely can't be used for anything other than carrying those blades!

Here is another, carrying part of another ship.
And before we all start gluing our hands to things and getting all environmental lets all stop and take a moment to think how all these PLASTIC products we by are SHIPPED around the world.
Keep calm and build something.
