This was a Christmas present one of thoes you source it and pay for it give it to them (partner and daughter)they wrap and give back ,still beats soap on a rope and socks. Apart from gluing one of the feet on back to front no probs resin kit all casting blocks we're removed so only a little bit of cleaning to do. Squirted some green at it this morning will leave now till tomorrow then I'll give it a couple of filter coats and toss a coin to see if I bother with a varnish coat before going to work with it.20240322_112705.jpg20240322_112724.jpgbe20240322_112635.jpg

Got a couple of very thinned down filter coats on it ,always good it ties in and calms the paint job down

You'd have thought all the 72nd russian stuff ive built I could of found some better decals but hey I did find a set of photo etch bedstead armour for a t34/85 I shall have to buy a bloody kit for it now. Looking forward to giving this some wellie over the weekend. Dave

I'm with Jim. It's not something I would ever do myself but wise enough to recognise some good skills in getting it to look the way it does. The scratches and chipping look really good to me.
