Well it looks spot on to me...Cheers Andy, engine colour supposed to be Russian engine grey,looking around the net it seems to have a light blue to it, I mixed a colour that was good enough for me

This must be what's referred to as Gonzo modeling !OK so I wanted to try some engine detail on this so here's my first ever bit of scratch!! Have started to make a distributor, had to put seven holes into the top of a 3mm diameter rod! I would either break drill bits or they would move about on the surface so i held a broken drill bit in pliers and heated it up with a lighter and melted the holes in, seemed to work OK so I now have 7 leads glued in,6 for plugs and 1 for the coil,the wire is 0.3 mm.View attachment 426066
