Hi All well i have found a bit more umph this week and progress below, just slow going but I’m on it.
Have also had some good improvement in my eyes peripheral vision is quite good with only two blind spots in the lower left side of both eye’s and with this improvement I am now confident it will all return….finger legs crossed

Thanks chris still no rush to finish but some challenges on the build and assembly as like you i want the main parts assembled before painting that has a few challenges to get the sequence right (that will be a first too)

Sincerest apologies on two counts.....

Firstly for completely missing so many updates and the progress on the build and far more importantly for not realising what you've been going through health wise.

Good to hear that so far you seem to be making a reasonably good recovery. It is very weird the different ways strokes can effect people - a colleague's father lost the ability to read even though he could still write.....

Keep up the great work on the kit.

Well no pictures primed the fuselage rotor head and blades yippee and the great thing about primer is it shows up all your blemishes mainly around the cockpit so i will try and illuminate these with some putty and when its good looking ill pop up a picture or 2
still on track to finish this one and feeling much better eyes and mind, a lot on at work and home but i haven't forgot this build

Hi all sorry for the delay but iam making progress really slow progress…well I have managed to get some paint on but its a tad dark looked ok when i applied but dark none the less i have a cunning plan involving the cammo but this will be a first for me too fingers crossed it works out ok, rotors look fine but the rotor head has me scratching mine, lots of detail but instruction and most pictures iv seen its all one colour seems a waste of detail but ill see how it go’s
surprised at how much filler i have had to use on seams and bumps on the fuselage but most of it has turned out ok not great but i’ll live with it and learn from it!!!
so here‘s where i am. hope to progress as much as possible this weekend and next week after that im off to sunny shores for a brake if i can make it through the airports….
will keep you posted with progress of the build
