Hi guys
I have now finished dio for my 1 72 bp 44 armoured train pics i posted a while back.

I built base in three parts to ease moving around, the moter bike (on rails) is a bit different (they were used on early armoured trains) watercrane is a dapol one altered to look more continental.crane is from a halftrack kit altered and swing buckets etc scratch built.

Please give me your comments if you wish ( this is only my second dio but am enjoying it).

Magnificent diorama Barry.

Very nice and different. All the set and the figures gives a nicely touch of naturally ;)

The train looks very well painted, the camouflage is genial.

Well....in a few words, is a great build :smiling3:

Cheers Polux

PS:You will repeat another similar diorama, or will try a new thing? ;)

Another excellent build Barry. Now if you put this on the same base as your Dora ......

Great stuff Barry, there is so much to see in that diorama. At first I thought it was a barge on a river!

If you're looking to do more trains in 1/72, I did manage to find these:

Pricey 'cos they're resin but certainly some unusual subjects, and with your talents I bet you could come up with something good.

PS I did put this link in an earlier thread - apologies if you'd already found it.
