Very nice model Joe
Cheers
Thanks Steven
I love that! Excellent paint job Joe - what's not to like about a Jaguar ... !
Steve
Glad you like the Jaguar Steve. It's an iconic aircraft
The Jaaaaag. One of the others you just have to like.
A great result Joe, you got the brakes sorted I see.
I have never done a wrap-a-round camo on an RAF bird. Might have to do one now, Though in a scale I can still see, lol.
Nice one
Jaaaaaag! Wrap around isn't too difficult, just need to plan ahead with pylons etc. Know what you mean about the scale, it's getting harder by the year
Very nice Joe.
I've always admired the look of the Jaguar and you've made a great job of this!
Cheer Andy, glad you like it
That's a great result Joe. The camo really has come out well.
Cheers Jim
I'm another who just loves the look of these Jaguars.
That's a cracking model Joe,you gotta be chuffed to bits with it
,
I've looked at the pics many times and still want to go back and look again!!
Fantastic finish for sure
.
Very kind of you Andy. Photos taken on phone, so it's good that you like them
Very nice, Joe. I like to see models based on actual aircraft rather than just generic ones.
John.
Thanks John. Actual aircraft makes the research easier (or the finish harder if it's well known)
Thank you Andrea
Smashing work Joe, it looks great
These beauties used to regularly fly low over where I lived back in the 1980s
Geoff
Cheers Geoff. I bet they were noisy, but very cool. Every takeoff was probably in reheat
Lovely build Joe one aircraft I have yet to build so I am off to look for one.
Cheers Peter, glad you like my Jaguar. Grab the Hasegawa kit but either acquire the Italeri kit parts for the air brakes and tanks, or use a photo etch replacement. I had to raid my paint mule Italeri Tornado for the tanks. Otherwise it's a pretty good kit to build.
That's turned out very nicely indeed!!! Very well done.
Andrew
Thanks Andrew
Great work Joe, making me want to build one now.
Cheers Ian. I like the final RAF Jaguar spotty orange/black scheme, if I were to build another that would be my option
Very nice Joe. The 54 sqn markings are quite eye catching.
Cheers Rick. The markings are indeed eye catching. Good to see some pride in the squadrons. All toned down now I suppose with radar absorbent paint
Excellent result Joe, you must be very proud of that one.
Thanks Garry. I'm happy with the completed model. Nothing like a Skyhawk though, right?
