Spent two days on this one I am going to have to get a bigger model to keep me busy as these 1:72 scale planes are done in 3 days tops. Still here we go.

For a Revell model I thought the molding was very poor over all so was a bit disappointed when I opened the box. And I really hate it when they color the molding! why cant they just leave it gray for crying out loud grrr. The box art is deceptive showing the plane with two pilots but there are none in the kit and the swirl on the propeller is yellow but the decal for it is red not yellow. Apart from that its not a bad kit but not as good as the last few Revell Kits.I thought the Italia model of this was much better to make.

I just read Wayne's thread on his Ju87G, and he was a few days into it and was about to paint the camouflage. I thought that was quick. The last I saw Mark, you were about to start on this. Incredible. And such a great result every time.

The Stuka looks good, a shame about the spinner decal colour. When you say the molding was poor, do you mean there was flash, or were there bad fits? I have the Italeri/Tamiya 'G' model kit in my stash, so I am interested in the colour scheme used here. It looks like there is one green? What colour was used on the undersides please? It looks like a dark grey?

Cheers, the colour underneath is Revells light blue standard for most of the ones I have made from revell but I have sprayed over with a darker shade for effect top is dark green. The parts were not great flash and lumpy bits on them and rather like an old airfix kit. Going to order another German plane tomorrow in fact think I will stick with them for a good while yet just think they are great looking planes and love making them. I will check out the rev numbers for you later and post the details on here for you. ;)
