Heres my latest, and I think one of my favourite builds. The Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation CA13 Boomerang. This stubby little fighter was the first australian designed fighter and although not very successful in its intended role found its true strength in the close support of ground troops. This example Q-EA served with no 4 squadron in Borneo at Labuan airstrip , a muddy airfield that claimed more than a few aircraft in landing accidents, this particular aircraft being written off on landing on the 29 july 1945.
