Since Ron and Simon did the three hour challenge on there little ten piece tigers I looked through the stash to see if I hade anything that I could do seeing as the tiger kit would have cost me £10 I figured I could do this in under three hours with a basic kit and I found a willy's jeep that has 30 parts , it does have a trailer and howitzer but I think it's only fair I do the jeep I shall start this at 10 o'clock and set my timer to :smiling3:

It's 10:43 Alan....You finished yet?

To be honest, as I posted on Si's thread ,I was just joshing and have no idea how long my Tiger took to complete, but I'm up for this idea, it sounds a hoot and will look for a suitable kit.....

I can imagine a paper on the Alan's bench door..."Don't disturb, please"

Cheers folks glad you like it , this is only 1/72 scale so you can get away with a little more and it's an old kit but a good one from airfix :smiling3:

Unbelievable result for three hours. I'd still be struggling with the shrink wrap.

Yes great build but of course the wheels are upside down and the windscreen is inside out and the right hand light is on the left and the left hand light is on the right and the paint is upside down. See that's the trouble when you rush a model.

Seriously though great job in such a short time .

Wow, under three hours! Fantastic Jeep Alan, turned out very nicely indeed. I never talk hours, I talk weeks or months even for the most basic builds.

I'm the same joe but due to it's small size I can get away with the odd mistake :D
