Badger help

Hi guys.

Since my old man nabbed me compressor for the week, I took the liberty of doing a front end strip down (oooh matron!) of my Badger 200 and 100G. I get the head assemblies dismantled, take the washers out and drop the tips and heads in cellulose overnight.

I take them out, scrub out all the now spongy and soft cr** from inside, dry, polish, new washer and reassemble. (only relevant observation here is that the tip (crown) was a tighter fit onto the head than it was).

I went to put some Vallejo model air through the 100 to preshade and it only released paint at the furthest back extremety of the control lever, and it splattered when I put some thinners through it. I also noticed bubbles in the paint cup... the spattering and bubbles point to the washer, but I tried the old and new one and the result was the same.

Apologies for the long description but I hope someone can help.

Thanks in advance.
