Hopefully iv'e got the right thread,

I used pieces of these kits

And made this

On a really simple base

The figures

I wish i had done a better job on the chain, but apart from that im rather happy with the result.

Thanks for looking, Cheers.

Yep!!

The dust effect is simply perfect. Well...in fact, all the weathering!!

Lovely scene.

Hi Tom, thanks for the positive comments. The officers cap was added from the spares bin...i felt like i had to have an excuse for the soldier taking a pipe break, what better reason than rank ;)

That's a fantastic little diorama Aaron, absolutely spot on mate.

I think the only thing extra to do would be to drill the end of his pipe out and pop some tobacco in it :smiling3: :smiling3: :smiling3:

I only have one criticism, I see one of my Schnellboote crew has absconded again! :smiling3:

They keep turning up in other peoples dio's, it's like a something from 'Night At The Museum'

An excellent piece mate the weathering is subtle but spot on, your figures are very well painted and a lovely mix and match build. Can ask what did you use to mount the gun in the back of the porch, and did you include the rear seats?

Top quality work well done.

Hi Aaron,

nice diorama you got there, really like the figurines and weathering on the model.

The idea and creativity to put it together like that, just brilliant.

works perfect with that base.

5 Stars +

Oh I like that.

Is this a thing that actually existed or is it "made up". Never seen one before. (like a real one).

Great build and a terrific paint job.

Five star job.

If I might add a great inspiration to the "not what was in the box" build next year.

Nice one Aaron. (or as we would say in Denmark Åron lol.
