Well, I'm calling this finished!!!P1060086.JPGP1060087.JPGP1060088.JPG

I can't say I enjoyed this - The kit is very good, fit & detail are excellent. The whole thing really falls on the quality of the red paint. It didn't cover very well, and was patchy, even though the paint was stirred, and stirred............
I ended up with FOUR coats of paint - which obscured the fine detail.
I haven't taken any pictures of the underside - the large matt serial numbers look awful!
I can say I finished - but that's about it!

Well done for staying with it. Now all you have to do is hang it from the ceiling above your bed or take it to school for "Show and Tell"

Well done Dave, Looking at it in the spirit of the GB through the eyes of a 10 year old, I'd be well pleased with the result. I think we ( GB members ) knew that we wouldn't be able to build it to our normal standards with just the tools provided, but to get it to look that good is a testiment to your staying power and skill.
