Tamiya 1/72 Messerschmitt Bf109 E-3 . On paint list it has AS-5 Light Blue (Luftwaffe)/Hellblau (Luftwaffe).

I'd go with RLM 65 then (i'm sure Steve will know for sure) Vallejo 71008 / Humbrol 65 and Tamiya XF-23

Will have a look at the other ones I have and see if the paint ties in with the info you given me.

Isn't the E-3 what Graham built the other month?

Yep it is. Looks like light blue was used on under belly and sides.

Hi Guys,

Just got myself a 1/48 Tamiya Stuka Ju87B2. Questions is, what version of XF matches with AS23(Light Green Luftwaffe) and AS24(Dark Green Luftwaffe)? Don't like can spray as I find it too cumbersome.....(or to be honest, have never tried using them, so don't trust myself with them).

As for AS5, I think I will go with RLM 65. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Matt
