Hi all there are upgrade kits for the wheels of this kit but I honestly can see nothing wrong with the kit ones, they don't even need cleaning no flash of anything.

The wheels sure look OK, Of the few cars I have ever built, it has always been the wire spoked wheels that have let things down. An issue you dont have.
Bugger, makes that kind of tempting now. Damn it!
Looking very nice, What red is it you have used?

Ken,

Apogolies completely missed this. That really is coming on very nicely and looks rather good!

Well done.

This is looking lovely Ken. I rather like the colour as well. In MG world, it would be very close to Damask red.

It’s Rosso red apparently it's a close match for Alfas competizione red (what it would have been)

I'm not a car nut either in real life or in the modelling world but that really is turning out very nice indeed. The older cars have so much more character to them.

Keep up the great work.

More done to the Alfa added detail to the firewall (put the rubber strip round where the bonnet goes and some wires) added (or as much as I can see) the throttle linkage (not sure where to route the throttle linkage) all the pics I can find finish where it is now, obviously it must end up at the peddle but no idea how it goes from where it is now to the peddle.

Loving the detail on the grill (this from a man that hates PE

Behind the valve cover some clockwork crazyness attached to the link to the bellcrank? Now I'm thinking it may be the link & arm mounted to the steering gear case, thus being out of sight to us.
