I've decided to make a start on "The Bus" for those that don't know its basically a converted C-17 with added humph :smiling3:

Here's a few pictures to give you an idea of what I'm aiming for incase you have no idea about the Marvel Universe :smiling3:

Not really done anything like this before so it should be fun and I'm sure there will be some hic ups along to way.

To start with I need two of the Revell C-17 Globemaster kits, I'll need to chop one up for spare parts as I go. I have booked marked a site where some one in America built his own, its a rough guide but should prove useful.

Here's the kits and the little progress I've made so far

Just a few tweaks on the engines to add detail :smiling3:

Just finished watching Marvel agents of shield series 2 and I'm definatly on board for this Adrian. Are you going to do with ramp down and the Corvette in the rear?

Great idea

I did think about it but the car would have to be imported from the US, so after this I'll be doing Lola in 1:24th :smiling3:

Well I've been busy working away on the engines trying to make them a little more " Sci Fi" than the standard ones in the box, basically I've added 10 extra bits of plastic to each of the six engines so far.

Hopefully when its all done you will still be able to pick out the differences between the basic kit engine and my efforts :smiling3:

Sorry I haven't posted any updates recently, but real life issues have meant I lost some mojo.

Anyway I managed a little time and so here's where I stand right now.

I've assembled the wings and the extra set of rear wings, I also carefully cut off the outer engine cowls as I want to have the engines tilted. Also I'm adding yet more plastic to the engines, in total each of the six engines will have 18 extra bits of plastic added to distance them from the standard ones on the aircraft.

Just a few of the extra bits of plastic to add to each engine
