I'm sure I built that kit back in the 70s. Yours is looking much better than mine did :smiling3: Great work so far!

What are your plans for it?Sent from me to you
I will build this OOB, that will be the "Positive thinker" flown by Col. John Nelson, CO of 388th TFW in Karat, 1969. Unfortunately kit's decals are not so good.

I will never believe my build can look better than yours, even if from the 70's.

Thank you mates, your feedback help me to improve.

My apologies for the dark pictures: I take and post them from my phone where they look ok but they appear dark on my PC.

Ok, closed, filled and sanded.

Bottom and tanks painted.

I put a layer of tan on top to see the effect immediately ruined with some further sanding. I know I should wait to glue the cockpit (and for this i need to make the two martin bakers) to paint it, please convince me to wait.

That's looking great Francesco

But I would wait until you get the cockpit finished and canopy on before you paint the top or you will ruin the paint job that looks so good

( I hope that helps Francesco )
