i have just started a new build i won't say what it is i'll let you guess as the build goes on it will take some time as there seems to be a shortage of 3mm ply in devon.

I have now restarted my rms olympic after a break of 1 year up till now the main hull is complete and the second layer of planking is now going on,the port side is complete and the starboard is now under way.The build is in the same manner as the old partwork mag build the titanic and i intend to see this one to the end as i have all the bits to finish her and the length is about 104cm,so look out for more updates soon.

That's quite a task you have taken on there but it is good to see traditional wood construction being used in the hull. This gives you a very realistic plating detail and makes the hull surface far more interesting.

Looking very good so far and great to see a scratch built ship, right up my street!!!
