Inspiration from images of '234' from 2./Pz.Rgt.3 sat in the Saint-Lambert-sur-Dive dump, Normandy 1944

After many, many moons this little project has finally been completed. This is the 20-year-old Dragon Ausf A kit #6168 (also 2004 Re-boxed 60th anniversary kit #6244) Tracks are Masterclub MTL35001, Photo Etch by Voyager PE35084, Cables by Eureka XXL ER-3514. Damaged road wheels by ET Model ER35-036 and Resin Zimmerit by ATAK 35021.

B & W pics for now to compare against the original images found in the Panzerwrecks 11 (Normandy 2) publication

I've tried many times to get an 'authentic' old war time colour film feel to some of my model pics. I stumbled on this one by accident. Whilst turning these pics to B & W to compare against the war time image I was asked for the model's colour pic. Not wanting to publish the original due to an upcoming competition I figured why not use an app to 'colour' it in again.

Excuse some very odd colours in places, it is just a free phone app after all (of which there are many) but I think the process works better than any of the 'filters' I have found so far. What do you think?

And my B & W pics also colourised with the same free App
