Ive heard that one too Ian , 'the mighty fin' and another one ive heard was the 'norfolk land shark' reputedly gained from when stationed at air bases in the flat norfolk area , the big fin could be seen sticking up like Jaws!!! tony

Those seats look amazing Ian , with some careful painting theyre going to be stunning , a real worthwhile addition in an aircraft with such a big ,prominent canopy, cheers tony

The seats look great Ian, I hope that you are glad you got them. They are a bit of a pain to paint up, but do look good though.

If you want a real good pull ring, good things can be got out of black and yellow cotton twisted up with pva. and left to dry...

Thanks for the heads up on them Ian, they do scrub up well don't they, and i will give the cotton a try

just dont do what I did first try, I grabbed the soddin CA and stuck my fingers together with the added bonus of then tying them together with the CA soaked cotton.

I found out that its a lot easier with PVA, it just takes longer to dry.
