Damn Polux, you read my mind! That's exactly what I was thinking!

It works well Joe, the simplicity helps to show off 2 top builds.

Absolutely spot on. Simple yet effective and enhances both models, which complement each other perfectly. The figure gives it a bit of life and provides a focal point.

Lovely job.

A simple base that just adds enough to complete the set but does not detract from the great models. Nice one Joe.

A simple base made form a picture frame, tarmac from wet and dry sandpaper, and grass from an ancient roll of railway grass I bought when I was much younger. The Bedford MK Tactical refueller from Airfix, Harrier GR.3 from Italeri, and the figure has been enlisted from a 1/72 Revell Luftwaffe personnel set.View attachment 82356 View attachment 82357 View attachment 82358 View attachment 82359 View attachment 82360 View attachment 82361 View attachment 82362 View attachment 82363

Now that Joe is very, very nice......No fancy diorama work, it keeps the viewer's eye where it should be - on the models.

Top marks....
