It’s odd, looking at the photos it gives the impression something went wrong with them, and made them too wide — like stretching a 4:3 TV show to fit 16:9 widescreen TV. But then you get to the ones with the figures next to the vehicle and the model turns out to actually look like that :smiling3:

Hi Jakko,
Yeah once I opened the box, thats the first thing I noticed is how much real estate this takes up. I'd already planned beforehand to use the tracks from Pzkpfw VII Lowe that I had onhand from an earlier failed project. The kit tracks are anemic and way too flat.

What a great idea. Love all the little details and the figure to give an idea of size.

Thanks Jim, my choice of extra-wide tracks I know makes an already-huge vehicle look almost cartoonishly bigger, but, I love it anyway. It's exactly what I had in mind.

is this from a game?
I’m not sure, but I think it’s just a manufacturer’s what-if, possibly based on speculation on the Internet or even a real suggested design from the war that was never actually made even as a mockup.
