Excellent….worth the calibration shot Peter because it really does illustrate the minute size of these guys.

Thanks for the link and thoughts about an optivisor. i bought one a few years ago but could not get on with it. I will have to dig it out and give it another go.

Here is a photo of the base of my next dio:

as you can see it is twice as long as my other dioramas which are 5cm x 5cm. The reason being that this 'reptile' will be the centerpiece of the diorama:

the idea, and challenge is to have a burst of flames from the Crocodile to the bunker in the corner. Not sure how I am going to do it - putty or perhaps

John - here is a photo of one with Vallejo paint for scale:

Wow it's even smaller than I imagined Peter, hats off to you. Any tips for fire , flames , etc please contact me ! Silicone paint mixed into it may help as you can tease the silicone out to look like a shot of burning liquid .

Hi guys

him - interesting idea about fire, I used cotton eool dunked in diluted PVA glue over a thin wire, but the silicon idea is worth trying.

for my next dio, a ruined street scene, here are a couple of photos of the base. Unfortunately there will be no progress this evening - a committee meeting of the Channel Islands Occupation Society to attend.

Not a Tiger, another hint - the rubble is important.
