So where'd they go?

Hi all

Just wanted to share with you a little diorama / vignette with you featuring my Panzer III.

The crew are trying to figure out where they are on the fairly featureless Russian steppes during Operation Zitadelle.

The base is an upturned cheese tray (!), the grass is faux fur & the tree is a weed from the garden over a painted wire frame.

The figures aren't painted too well, but 1/72 is small!

Thanks for looking

Patrick

This is a lovely little diorama and in 1/72 too, the paint work on the fifures is good and the panzer III is excellent.

Great stuff Patrick! Great work in any scale and, like all the best dioramas, it tells a story.

It's very nice the way you've turned a model kit into a story by using just a simple background.
