That's a perfect item for a chipping effect!!! Specially on the gun barrel and the inner soil ;)

After another long disappearance from the scene, I am back with some updates.

Pics a bit blur, taken with my mobile phone.

Added tools, machine gun, a bucket and tracks are on. Decals are on too. The kit is very shinnnnnyyyyy now due to a coat of Future.

The track is a bit narrow, if zoom in, you will see the outer wheels that are not within the width of the track. Too late to rectify though, because the super glue already set in when I realize that. Will take note of this when I build my next half-track.

Next will be pin wash and some slight weathering. I hope I will be able to control the weathering, always "heavy handed" on this process.

Dear all

Thank you for dropping by and the kind words.

I hope to finish this by end of this week.

Another subject on the workbench is a 1/700 IJN Aircraft Carrier Unryu ... a killer project. I must have gone crazy. Updates will be posted soon.

Very nice indeed! Great subtle weathering and chippage, I always try to make my vehicles look like metal and not plastic, you have done a fine job so far.. ;) ................Jim
