Took a little break from fighting with the Black Widow build to put this 1/100 kit together.

Really enjoyed this build, I think I'm beginning to favour the smaller scale, the kit went together without any trouble and I'm starting to get the hang of things with Alclad.

This kit cost me the grand total of £2:75 from my LMS, unbeatable value for money in my book.

Beautiful job michael , you know im partial to a russki!! Not very often seen in model form , the early 21's , and at £2.75 its got to be a bargain!! . 5 stars from me , cheers tony

Thats impressive work on such a diddy scale Micheal ...

Did you pick it up at Wonderland? ... there's quite a few 1/100 little boxes hanging up in there .. been tempted due to the price but i think they'd be too small scale for my eyes, fingers, brain, patience :smiling3:

Great looking MiG there Michael. 1/100 scale must be quite rare, can't say I have seen too many kits in that scale.

Hi Colin, yes picked this up in Wonderland, like you say they've got a few of these, you should give one a go they are great value and being a Tamiya are superbly engineered so they go together really well making working in this scale possible even for those of us (me) with limited skills.

Joe, 1/100 is I think not too common although there is quite a lot in 1/144.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. M

This is the Tamiya 1/100 range... the whole lot could be mine for £27:50, I feel a project coming on.
