For the snow i take some soda(80%) and the cheapest PVA glue(20%). When it dry, i coat the snow by Mig Wet Effects to do the wet snow
ta ,for the info, Egor,it works real well and looks very good,there was just some think added,i could see, ;)

I especially like the weathering and streaking you have achieved on the tank and the snow effect with the mud is also spot on. Looks like a real bitch of a winter scene
