I have decided to continue practicing going up and giving my builds some depth. First I just thought of doing a cobbled street with a brick wall. Then I thought of a bridge.

Construction has started and the basic form has been constructed from the last of my blue foam. It is all pinned together at the moment and needs dressing up when all the glue has dried.

Thanks for looking as always

This is where I need to improve- my presentation! A really good idea to give a small subject a degree of elevation, and plenty of scope for your gardening skills Scottie! It’ll be a cracker, I have little doubt :thumb2:

Sorry Bro, but I don't think the acupuncture is going to make the bridge any better. Was it in pain? I think your work is always great anyway and what happened to Michael???

Well now Paul the Humber Bridge. It is in the family.

My Uncle is Alderman Laurie Johnson. Born & died in Hull. Served over 50 years on the Kingston upon Hull
Council.

His greatest achievement. He was in charge of the building of the Humber Bridge. He was there at the opening
& to his greatest day met & talked to the Queen.

Crossed the Humber twice on this bridge. First the right way to visit my Gran. Second time missed turning & ran
over the Humber bridge back down south.

So there we are Paul my Humber Bridge history.

Laurie
