Yes once again its titanic time, this time it will a straight full build as I am waiting for some 78 magazines but I do have the main hull I got that from eBay as a cheap wreck that needs unpicking and redoing I do have a couple of parts to make witch will be the rudder and the fore deck.
Some pics
Here's my first pics I have dismantled the first third and rebuilt and reset the bulkheads so they are as straight as I can get them.
And the scale is 1\250.
An a bit info on the magazines first came out in 2000 and there would have been 100 issues the kit is made by amati and you can still get the stand alone kit and the original cost would have been £493.
Here's the result of a another days work going quickly so far as its just resetting the bulkheads and keel straight and I hand no achieved the full length and have a few frames to reconstruct and I have the first three decks back on but still to be sanded
I am now back to the point when I had it first I have given it some new decks and a new bow deck and I have commenced the planking.
And some new deck walls fore and aft.
That's all the sanding done and I have finished off the temporary second layer of planking witch contains the portholes its in place and once I have done the other side it will be permitley fixed and portholes drilled.
This will be it for a few months while I do me group builds.
Here's where I am at all the second planking has been done and portholes drilled out.
Including the unique five portholes on the bow
Slight change or plans I will be using my new titanic for the remainder of this build as it's at the same stage of build but a bit of a better build quality
