Restitution, I thought that was a lady that stands on street corners - sill me that's pro.....Whomever authorized this expensive unnecessary expenditure should have to pay restitution.
And the panel lining...Not enough pre-shading or black basing, they need to work on that

Aside from that it looks like pretty standard painting practice, apart from where they must have messed up the green and started over.
Spot prime the bare metal.
Overall primer coat
Base colour
Accent colours
