Yours is more static rust, left to rot look.


Saying that, you say you have it on a dio board, I suppose if you get items around it, or leaning on it it would scratch it. One thing to watch is scale, due to the size, most scratches would be light.

I doubt it mate, if the dio looks like your model then I am sure it will look superb.

I like that a lot, looks superb in that setting.


Here is my abandoned Alfa, slightly different in setting but you get the idea, may help in certain rust areas.


Not that I think you need any help, I like doing rusty knackered stuff but I am not the best at all things rusty, defo think you have nailed it.

Looks well good mate really good work there.


I will keep this in mind when I do more of them .


Looks great in that setting and being an older car too

This scene really brings out all the work on the car.


The rough and crappy looking groundwork(in a good way:smiling3:) blends well with the car and the whole scene is excellent.

Well done model and diorama. I like it a lot despite its being so "busy".
