Hello Friends

I have been thinking about what to do for my next diorama and I have decided to give a mountain rescue scene ago.

The UH-1D HUEY will be transformed into the rescue helicopter although I have never done any type of aircraft before so this will be a first for me.

A few mountaineers with an injured climber being airlifted by harness off the mountain is the plan.

Nothing to see yet but I plan to get started very soon.

Hope you like the idea

Thank you Joe, it's such a nice helicopter and kit that I thought it would look good in a rescue situation rather than military for a change.

hope it pays off and glad your watching

I'll be looking in on this one ( looks like a good idea ( dio should be an interesting build, are you going to pose the Huey in flight near the rock face ? That would look nice but what ever you decide it'll be worth the wait.

Hi Robert, good to have you along for the build.

Glad you like the idea and yes the Huey will be suspended above the peak airlifting the injured party to safety.

That is the plan anyway.
