I have that problem when photographing figures with my iPad. The painted shadows and highlights nearly always disappear, leaving the figure looking as if I only put on a base colour for each area.I've been trying all morning to get a more realistic picture as to the naked eye it's actually quite close to the real thing, but no matter what background or lighting I try my phone makes it look like it's been Tangoed!
As predicted, I knocked off one of the door mirrors this morning and while searching for it, the gun turned up!It looks pretty convincing, if you ask me. Good luck finding the machine gun, though … Maybe lose a part from the SF thing you’re working on? Chances are good that when looking for it, you’ll come across the gun from this kit instead
Good to read I’m not the only one who has that problemAs predicted, I knocked off one of the door mirrors this morning and while searching for it, the gun turned up!
Fire !Thank you both.
I'm starting to feel like I'm in a bit of a rut with my model making. Maybe it's time to try a different approach for a bit to shake things up
