Thought I would try to get back to the bench mojo has been low theses past months. I’ve had this old 1/87 Kibri kit for a long time. I first bought it as a donor kit but that fell through many years ago when I was building 1/87 HO Custom trucks so I decided to find what pieces I have and put it together. Hope you enjoy the build. 3C2F5EE1-200F-40B7-B9CE-B30311A6AE36.jpegF10B412F-5425-46AE-8867-23F7A6CAF330.jpeg

That is looking good Lee. I've not heard of Kibri. Were these kits intended to be used on model railways?

Nice looking twin steer....these are still available at around $17.00 ea. Not a bad price considering todays market.

Thanks for the complement. Yes that’s not a bad price probably because no one wants to build models of this sore anymore they like the Ready to Roll stuff these days.

I’m Just about finished with this one think I’m going to paint the tires a flat color to calm them down a little to remove the sheen off of them. I will not be weathering these models because these are my shelf Queen’s. I’ll get some outside pic when it’s completed. 8CAFFA6B-A619-4FCE-975C-9D3FA6684B14.jpeg0E4829A3-5FAC-4EFF-88A9-C9B7013CCE0C.jpeg5AEBE1C8-17BC-48CE-A47B-E641C2F3F323.jpeg04D6EFA7-F03D-4918-9DA4-A6A68AA783F5.jpegBD03D1D3-826F-4777-A798-BB8FC20E96AE.jpeg3EE42854-F54A-4E7B-BFB1-BE61C131EE66.jpeg319DA848-3269-4E8B-BC99-9A1D6F267BA8.jpegE83DEAF1-200C-496B-AAA3-86004823D804.jpeg
