Hi Tim
They are nothing short of incredible. You look at the photos and then get to the one with the Vallejo paint bottles and you just think WOW! - how on earth has he done that.

Thanks Jim. It‘s all smoke and mirrors I tell you. Most of it is just technique and consistency. There really isn’t that much skill involved. Mind you, I have been practicing for about thirty years LOL.

These are incredible, once again Tim. The detailing is so good.

I'm working on a 32mm giant at the moment (so he's actually 65mm from eyeballs to the soles of his feet) and I'm not even attempting to paint in his eyes - it's that you look at these tiny figures and think "right, I'll be painting in full eye detail on these chaps" - it's nuts! (In a good way, of course).

Very humbling comments there Paul. Many thanks indeed.
These have nothing like full eye detail, by the way…..just an ivory oval outlined in black with a black line down the middle. If necessary I then cut it back down to size with the skin shadow colour. It’s more than good enough in 28mm…..mind you, on the couple of busts I’ve done I went for full eye detail with catchlights…..but they were so much bigger LOL.

I'd have to put my hand in a vice to steady it sufficiently to paint that finely! That shield is superb!

Fantastic Tim each batch off the production line just gets better and better ,reach over your shoulder and give yourself a huge pat on the back well done that man. Dave
Many thanks David. I must admit I can some see the improvements as well. Don’t know about patting myself on the back though, I’d need arms like an orangutan :thumb2:
