So here are the completed Bedfords from the group build, which I was generously stretch the rules to

The MWD finished as a GS load carrier, operated by 1st Battalion Kings Royal Rifle Corps. Caunter colours are mixed matches to the Starmer paint chips. Field Grey does a nice Slate, while the silver grey is a mix of AK Silver Grey and Slate out of their Caunter set

OX finished as a Royal Engineers Bomb Disposal vehicle. Markings are from various Starmer sets, and hand painting

Additionally, as a comparison, here's the OX with the OY from which it was converted

Plus the last close-up build pic of the finished driver. Well, finished before I decided to add the AOS stripe to his sleeve. Which is, of course, invisible now the windows are in!

Now, here's my full collection of 28mm softskins

Austin K30 (3D print), Bedford OX, Bedford OY, Morris CS8 (all warlord), Bedford MWD (Perrys)

And NOW I'm thinking of doing versions of all the old Airfix RAF vehicle sets, in 28mm. Starting with an OXC and scratchbuilding a Queen Mary trailer...

Maybe not
