It was the dawn of the third age of mankind – ten years after the Earth-Minbari War.

The Babylon Project was a dream, given form. Its goal: to prevent another war, by creating a place where humans and aliens can work out their differences peacefully. It's a port of call – home away from home – for diplomats, hustlers, entrepreneurs, and wanderers.

Humans and aliens, wrapped in two million, five hundred thousand tons of spinning metal . . . all alone in the night.

It can be a dangerous place, but it's our last best hope for peace.

This is the story of the last of the Babylon stations. The year is 2258. The name of the place is Babylon 5.

Being a big Babylon 5 fan, such a kit gives me a thrill Adrian!

But ...in all honesty it looks a little 'flat' - it could use some definition to bring out the details.

Great work Ade, like the show-despite it looking soooooooooooo CGI gamey. Top stuff mate, like this, will go well with your Starfury.

Your right, I'll have a look at a wash here and there to make some details pop.

Thanks but not going to weather or shade it lots, its supposed to looks new and shiny, the programme never showed any scorch marks or anything like that.

I am however going to work on that base as that's not rockin my boat.

Nice ship, its hard to decide what to do at that scale, most weathering might be off. You are probably right to keep it minimal or not at all. Maybe some slightly different coloured sections but in reality I'm sure bif you spent billions on a ship you would make sure the paint batches matched haha

but do agree with what you and Patrick, have said,

no hard or harsh weathering just a nice dark gray or even a blue to pickup and detail the lines,

on the nose, tail and were the solar things are,on these panels, ;)

Thanks all for the great comments and feedback, I've taken on board what you have said and set about just adding slight touches here and there :smiling3:
