 Paul thanks for your constant support and of course all of you guys.
Today l had to make a massive correction..the ceiling was way to low...so l had to remove all the kit's structure that is marked with red crosses..now it fits good and at the correct height.

Dear all here is today's update on the diorama...the roof is finished but l'm waiting for some extra pieces..so today l tried to make one plane...it went well but still need corrections like changing the wheels, adding the antenna and the canopy...enjoy20230709_195937.jpg20230709_200001.jpg

Well l just found out that Yorktown at Coral Sea did not have F4F folding wings only F4F3s(the wings don't fold)..so l will make some corrections..have a nice day

Hi Greg, great build and what an epic. While you're making corrections to the plane wings have you thought of making the props work? We were flabbergasted when the gold medalist in the recent event for ships had his squadron start up and stop every 5 minutes on the deck of his 1/350 USS Sangamon or Gambier Bay...one of the Princeton aircraft carriers. The ships radar swivelled at the right speed as well. What gobsmacked us was the props started slow and then revved up then slowed and stopped. Hope you can do this. I'll forward a video once I find it and put it in a separate post.
What you're doing is fantastic and hidden from view once put together. Hope the hangar shutters are large enough for viewing your work. Lighting would greatly help enhance this effect. Keep it up.

Thanks Richard for your kind comment but l will not make any movable parts and l don't know yet if l will put leds or other illumination in the hangar..
