I had a fantasic file with all the info about this tank in its prototype state and when and where the trials took place/who was doing what etc, like a prat i deleted it with a load of old images. I have searched and can't find it again, it was originally in Korean anyway so have nothing for search parameters ...

so ... the facts are what i remember, the colours are right, the accessories are okay, the main pattern is close but you may have to give me a little artistic licence on the whole effect as i'd only penciled out the pattern lightly on the tank before i flamingo'd up ( thats like a cock up, only bigger)

Kit good points: goes together nicely with patience, hardly any filling/sanding, lots of detail on kit and a fair bit extra to add on when building.

Kit bad points: decals are provided but there's no mention of them in the instructions, figures are a little bland and quite hard to get limbs in correct position

This scene depicts the ROK MBT K1-A1 in prototype configuration during the second of it's test trials in South Korea, The tank was designed using US M1 technology as a basis and is able to easily traverse the mountain terrain, jungle, paddy fields and swamps of Korea.

In the second trial over flat soft terrain the tank suffers a problem, Daewi (Captain) Kim Shi Pak goes back to basics and looks at a paper map for a route back to base after the computer GPS navigation and communication system suffers a complete malfunction (not a good advert for Samsung) whilst his driver tries to establish contact using the solid state backup radio.

Thanks for the comments chaps, i do like a different camo pattern and the South Koreans tend to have the knack of producing them.
