I have had a badger 200 gravity feed single action for about 20 years not used for ages so I thought I would give it a go very disappointing when I pushed the trigger I got air bubbles I the colour cup well after a bit of research found out it's the needle bush so after more research discovered if you put a 1.8 mm drill against said bush and give it a squash it cures the problem is this common knowledge ?

It should be a nylon bushing, maybe five it a try or I have also read that you could use wax to help with the seal.

I had the same issue with my badger AB, it turned out to be the tip assembly that was cracked.
