Thanks Jim, polishing the inside of the canopy has its advantages as holding it between my fingers I can add pressure against the finger as a backing when polishing. If it were the outside I would have to tape the inside and fill putty to strengthen it.Excellent work on the figures. You have certainly improved them a great deal. I'm glad the canopy worked OK. Polishing that "U" shape is difficult to do without cracking the plastic - I did just that and had to send off to the manufacturer for a replacement. Luckily the customer service was good. Do you find Blu-tack can leave a mark? As always great modelling.
I suppose that humidity and high temperatures where you live makes painting a bit of a lottery. You'll be used to it by now though. Looking good. The weather has been odd these few days so the paint behavior is erratic leaving a bit of orange peel
Thanks Jim, the oddity is hot, humid and cool rain all in the same day switching places so you can't tell when to paint gloss coats.I suppose that humidity and high temperatures where you live makes painting a bit of a lottery. You'll be used to it by now though. Looking good.
