Ducati 900SS from the 70's..Tamiya 1/12......non standard colour which i think actually looks nicer than the black or silver!

Who is to say that it isn't a model of a resprayed bike?

It is a great colour combination and matbe Ducati should have offerred it!! Lovely job of a great kit.

That is beautiful, I needed time to figure out if it was real or not.

Superb, looks like a full-size one.
Yes, me too. In fact, I find many good quality motorcycle models look like the real thing. It would be interesting to see one superimposed against an outdoor background (with a convincing shadow—that's the tricky bit).

Hi Paul, I'm not into Bikes, but I have to acknowledge a fantastic model and paint job when I see one. Great build, Cheers Derek

Like Derek I dont really know jack S about bikes , BUT - I do know a great model when I see one and I'm looking at one right here. The quality of the build and paint (and colour choice!) are superb , hell ,its even making me want to do a bike !! Great build mate , cheers tony

thanks for comments, guys, was enjoyable to do with only a little drama with the decals otherwise it was typical Tamiya and went together smoothly

do it Tony, pick one of the basic tamiya bikes and have a go, they go together with no drama and look great, and its always great to try something different

thats the chrome bits in the kit, just really careful not to get any glue on the surface to tarnish it.....there was a few bits that i painted with Humbrol Chrome, first time ive used it and i was quite impressed
