Ok guys, so its been i think around 7 years since I did this last, thought i'd warm up on this Lambo thats been sitting around for some time. I need to get some more supplies, but i thought id make a start on the preparation, first with the body. The shut lines are very shallow on this kit, and lacking in detail, so I spent the best part of the afternoon rubbing down and cutting in the shut-lines so they don't fill up when painted.

Also made a start on the dashboard, noticed that there wasn't any glove box detail, so I made a glovebox, it looks a bit rough at the moment but it will come together.

Need to order some paint supplies from Zero Paints, also need to buy a new spray booth as my old one got chucked away, in terms of color, i'm going for a tan leather colour inside, with tan flocking for carpets. Not sure what colour to paint the bodywork, looking for suggestions quite like the idea of lime green but again open for suggestions.

Nice start. Scribing lines is time consuming and it is so easy to slip so well done with those shut lines.
