:strong:I think I remember seeing a post on here from someone asking about better looking shifters. I can’t seem to find it now so I’ll just post this and hope the person looking for it will find this.

Take a straight pin the kind with the semi round heads.

If you have access to an anvil and a hammer, you can beat the pin some to flatten it out some. It adds a bit more realism.

File the head flat; this is to ruff up the surface and to keep the shift knob from being too big.

Now hold the pin point end up and drip super glue on it letting the glue run down and bunch on the head. I then use a glue accelerant to set the glue faster but I’m sure you can do this without it.

After the superglue cures dip the new shift knob into some white paint and let dry.

After the paint dries sand all the extra dried glue off the pin, bend the pin into whatever shape you need or want and there you are.

I’m sure you can make any size shifters just different size pins.

I hope the person looking for this finds it, and for the rest of you I hope this comes in handy for you.
