You are in luck !! - I presume you want to know how to adjust the needle valve setting as that is really the only control you should be adjusting. The air screw is normally factory set and very rarely needs adjusting.
Ok back to the needle valve - you don't need any tools for this one as it can be done by hand. Screw it all the way in and then look for a mark or a notch on the end of the needle (the end where you are turning it with your hand).
Using that mark or notch as a guide, unscrew the needle to about 2 and a quarter to 2 and a half turns and that will be it set. I have found this to be the best running setting on the last 3 cars that I have done - You can see them all in my sig pic below and my avatar pic.
